As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring access and assisting with security-related inquiries. Tue 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, assisting with inquiries and directing visitors as needed.
• Document and report security-related incidents or unusual activities according to site requirements.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate, including communicating with site personnel and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
