As a Patrol Armed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a residential community, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout the location. This is an armed and driving post where you will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and control access points within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a visible presence.
• Report and document any unusual activities, security-related incidents, or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as directed during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain awareness of the surroundings and promptly communicate any concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military roles.
• An active armed guard card or license is required.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
