As a patrol armed officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and providing outstanding customer service while carrying out armed duties. You will play a key role in creating a secure environment for clients and visitors, all while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first culture. Pay Rate: $42.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Thur 08:00 AM - 04:15 PM

Fri 08:00 AM - 04:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
• Carry and maintain assigned firearms and equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a valid Corrections Officer License.
• Possess a valid Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
