As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Full-Time in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a bustling food and beverage location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service through professional communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activities to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Support the location's staff and visitors by answering questions and providing directions when requested.
• Document all incidents and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
