Seasoned Client Manager – Healthcare Staffing

Job Summary :

Source and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful staffing solutions and client satisfaction. 

Responsibilities :

·        Develop and maintain great relationships with client facilities

·        Primary point of contact for client inquiries and needs.

·        Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

·        Independently negotiate contracts, bill rates and the qualification process.

·        Communicate facility expectations internally, ensuring systems reflect those expectations.

·        Act as liaison between the facility and the company; including ongoing follow-up and communication

·        Partner with Recruiters to secure qualified candidates for client positions.

·        Assist in resolving personal and professional issues regarding facility and Traveler

Requirements :

Qualifications

• 2 plus years experience in similar role in Healthcare recruiting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Proven background in sales/marketing, preferable in travel nursing
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Background in medical terminology
• Ability to multitask
