Seasonal Truck Unloader - Early Shift

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Truck Unloader where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service while executing essential store operations. Your efficiency in processing freight and replenishing stock will contribute to a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Receive and manage incoming product shipments, including the unloading of trucks, ensuring timely and accurate stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.

• Replenish the sales floor proactively based on sales trends and seasonal transitions to keep our inventory fresh and appealing.

• Engage with customers by providing warm greetings and assistance with product inquiries, enhancing their shopping experience.

• Maintain product protection standards to ensure the quality and safety of our inventory.

• Participate in training new team members on the Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures in accordance with store leadership guidance.

What Skills You Have

Required

• Strong customer service skills with an ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

• Effective verbal and written communication along with interpersonal skills.

• Retail experience is not required; we welcome all interested candidates.

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.

• Flexible schedule availability required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in a client-facing retail or service industry is a plus.
