Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (some start/end time flexibility)

$18.00/hour

Temporary position starting December 2025 and ending April 2026

Responsibilities

Seeking an individual with strong customer service skills to assist our payroll tax department with answering phone calls and emails during the season. No payroll or tax knowledge required, we will train you.

• Utilize strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively while exhibiting kindness and patience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve questions, problems, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferable in "live" conversation environments

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to effectively multitask to support busy helpline/department
