A Typical Work Day May Include:

• Loading and unloading trucks, vessels, barges, and rail cars, as well as handling grain ground piles and other grain-related tasks.
• Conducting basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to support ongoing facility operations.
• Delivering excellent customer service and collaborating with team members.
• Following all safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Keeping a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Capacity to perform physical duties such as bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and loud noise, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
