A Typical Work Day May Include:

• Executing essential facility operations, including loading/unloading various transportation vehicles and managing grain ground piles.
• Performing basic maintenance and equipment care to ensure smooth operations.
• Delivering outstanding customer service while collaborating with team members.
• Complying with all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust, while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Capability to work at heights of 4 feet or more.
