Job Details:

Position: School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Schedule: 35 hours/week (Monday-Friday, school hours)
Duration: August 2025 - May 2026
Pay Rate: Up to $28/hr (based on experience)
Location: Ann Arbor, MI (elementary campus)

Job Description:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to elementary students
Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors
Assist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction strategies
Support students in inclusive classroom settings
Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and special education teams
Utilize evidence-based ABA techniques
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards

Education & Certification Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred)
Current RBT certification (required)
Experience working with elementary-aged children
Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
Ability to follow behavior plans and collect accurate data
Strong patience, empathy, and communication skills
