Project Delivery Manager

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

1. Lead the delivery of SAP HR projects, with a focus on Payroll and Time Evaluation modules.
2. Provide expert consulting support on SAP ABAP and SAP ABAP HR, including design, development, and troubleshooting.
3. Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
4. Oversee technical teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.
5. Manage project scope, deliverables, and client communications to ensure project success.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on SAP ABAP development, particularly for HR-related functionality.
7. Support integration and testing activities related to SAP Payroll and Time Evaluation.
8. Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• SAP certification(s) in HR or ABAP.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud HR solutions.
