What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and enhancements
- Analyze complex business process requirements to provide appropriate system solutions
- Oversee issue resolution for Order to Cash related issues and manage AMS tickets
- Collaborate with clients to map business requirements and develop necessary product modifications
- Design, customize, and configure the SAP SD module, facilitating testing and documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with at least 10 years in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module
- At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience
- Strong understanding of customer master data, pricing conditions, and order management processes
- Proven experience in managing AMS tickets and resolving Order to Cash issues within defined SLAs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP Cloud setup (Rise with SAP)
- Familiarity with customer master data in MDG
- Knowledge of retail sales & distribution industry practices
- Skills in handling deductions/brokerage calculations/settlement
- Previous consulting experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD
