Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to promote a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and to perform tasks that require standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Capability to perform routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working in environments with cleaning products.
• Able to follow both oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area required.
