Responsibilities:
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas by following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent customer service.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Comfortable working around cleaning products.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Residency within the service area is required.
