LHH is partnering with a growing investment services company in the Edmond, OK area to bring on a Sales Development Representative. This is a W-2 contract-to-hire opportunity.

Join a fast-paced, high-performing team as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your mission: build relationships, qualify leads, and book appointments that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and texts daily to engage prospects
• Follow up on inbound leads and content requests
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
• Keep CRM updated with detailed notes for smooth handoffs
• Share daily activity reports via Slack
• Collaborate to improve processes and client experience

Success Metrics

• Consistently meet daily outreach and engagement targets
• Book qualified appointments weekly/monthly
• Maintain a clean, organized CRM
• Build rapport and handle objections confidently
• Foster a motivated, team-oriented culture

Ideal Candidate

• 35 years in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-managed
• Persistent, goal-driven, and motivated
• Comfortable using CRM and communication tools

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
