A leading organization is currently seeking a skilled Sales Cloud Product Owner/BA for a remote opportunity with the potential for commute to NYC or LA. The role involves overseeing the effective utilization of the CRM system to drive business results and streamline workflows.
About the Opportunity:

• Hybrid or Remote: Remote initially, with potential hybrid requirement of 3 days onsite per week in NYC or LA.
• Schedule: Full-time position.
• Contract Duration: 6-month contract to hire.
• Setting: Remote/Hybrid with commutable access to NYC or LA.

• Equipping sales and customer-facing teams with CRM knowledge and resources.
• Analyzing sales processes and implementing improvements to streamline workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Identifying and documenting technical necessities for projects.
• Implementing and managing sales enablement technologies.
• Documenting processes and updating internal resources.
• Performing product demonstrations and creating user manuals.
• Improving sales efficiency and identifying skill gaps.
• Coordinating Sales Cloud integration with Marketing Cloud Enablement.
• Delivering training programs for platform utilization.
• Maintaining knowledge of Salesforce functionality and updates.
• Analyzing KPIs related to Salesforce usage and sales performance.
• Supporting system administration and conducting audits.
• Evaluating out-of-the-box versus custom solutions.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• None required, though related education in business or tech is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce features and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPIs tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in training and development programs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• 3 years of experience with Sales Cloud CRM.
• Understanding of advertising sales and media space.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in documentation and process auditing.
