Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.
• Efficiently complete daily service schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Manage the replacement of 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer sites.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and labeling.
• Generate leads for new products and services from customer interactions.
• Promote and sell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Follow all compliance regulations and ensure safe operation of vehicles.
• Abide by environmental health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company sponsored).
• Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of acquiring CDL B.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the position.
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical examination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Previous commercial route driving experience (Class C or non-CDL).
