Sales and Service Route Driver

We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Service Route Driver to join our team. This position involves operating a Class B box truck to provide excellent onsite service for parts washer machines, collecting containerized hazardous waste, and promoting our products and services along a designated route.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize health and safety by following all safe work practices and policies.
• Visit 10-12 customer sites daily to provide excellent service.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of cleaning solutions.
• Service parts washer machines, including cleaning sediment from sinks.
• Upsell products and generate new leads during customer interactions.
• Service automotive repair shops, fleets, and manufacturing businesses.
• Complete daily services, deliveries, and pickups efficiently and on schedule.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulatory compliance requirements.
• Safely operate vehicles in alignment with U.S. DOT and other regulatory standards.
• Follow all environmental health and safety guidelines set by the company.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Class B CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required by the job.
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical examination.
• Must meet facial hair standards per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Prior experience in commercial route driving (Class C or Non-CDL).
