The Heights of TylerTreatment Nurse RN - Must be wound care certified!* Must have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.* The Treatment Nurse will deliver resident specific care in order to provide services to maintain and/or improve skin integrity.
