Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | Leadership Opportunity + Autonomy + $38+/hr Starting Pay
Location: Tuscaloosa County Jail
Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Alternating Weekends
Compensation: Starting at $38/hr + Shift Differential + Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Lead nursing care delivery during your shift
-
Coordinate with providers and facility leadership
-
Respond to emergencies and perform clinical assessments
-
Administer medications and treatments within RN scope

Supervise and support LPNs and Med Techs (as applicable)

Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
-
Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies
