Operating Room Nurse

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for an Operating Room Nurse that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract with a $750 Completion Bonus, at a Hospital in Chicago, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position: RN Operating Room

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Rate (Local): $70 per hour

Total Travel Package: $2,918.00/week

* Must reside over 75 miles away to qualify for travel package *

• Taxable Wages = $1,280.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $994.00/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $644.00/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = $2,598.00

Schedule:

• Day Shift (40 hours/week)
• 10:00am 8:30pm
• Call Requirements: One 12 hour shift a month on a Saturday or Sunday, 7:00am 7:00pm or 7:00pm 7:00am. There is NO Week-Day Call
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend / 2 weekends per month
• RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends
• Mandatory Float Facility, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion

Duration: 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

• 2+ Years of OR experience
• BSN, BLS
• Level 1 Trauma Experience
• RN must have strong scrub and circulate skills
• Experience in Ortho, Ortho Trauma, Vascular, Urology, General Surgery
