Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Lead the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver individualized, evidence-based care.
• Collaboration: Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and seamless patient experiences.
• Professional Development: Mentor and precept new nurses, and participate in continuing education and performance improvement activities.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Champion research and performance improvement to enhance patient outcomes.
• Resource Management: Support optimal resource use, develop clinical protocols, and help reduce readmissions and adverse events.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program required. BSN preferred.
• Licensure & Certifications: RN license (GA or multi-state) required. BLS certification from AHA required. ACLS required. Specialty certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in your specialty area. Epic and 3M experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
