We are a dynamic, 8-bay short-stay observation unit specializing in the care of acute medical-surgical patients. Our team manages a wide range of clinical needs, including cardiac monitoring, neurological assessments, post-operative care, hemodynamic monitoring, and other complex nursing interventions.

Shift: 12-hour night shift/36-hours per week full-time

• A unit with excellent staffing and great nurse/patient ratios of no more than 4:1
• Nursing loan repayment program of $5250/year

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree, in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing
• Minimum of 1-year M/S/Neuro experience
• Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
• Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 58.66/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
