Department: Med Surg Progressive Care
FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Day and Night Rotation
Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant life support certification based on position level.
• 6 months nursing (RN) experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid prior to start date.

Progressive Care Fellowship: This program is tailored for experienced nurses transitioning to Critical Care. It includes a robust four-phased orientation based on AACN's ECCO® resources featuring:

• Simulation-based training
• Blocked learning with a multi-system approach
• Use of an electronic tracker for orientation and knowledge verification at each phase.
