Join our team as a Rigger, where you will be responsible for assembling, erecting, and aligning steel beams with precision. Ensure that beams are properly rigged for movement and assembly, contributing to the successful completion of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and erect steel beams.
• Align steel beams with precision.
• Ensure proper rigging of beams for safe movement and assembly.

Essential Skills:

• Rigging Certification (NCCER or NCCCO)
• Experience as a rigger
• Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a millwright is highly preferred
• Comfortable working from heights

Work Environment:

• Work at the TSMC site for 5 days a week, with 10-hour shifts and optional Saturdays for additional hours.
• Total workweek is 50 hours, with potential for more. Prepare for an early start as early as 4 am during summer months.
• Be comfortable working from heights.

Job Type & Location:

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr.
