RFP Proposal Specialist

Job Summary:

Become a vital part of our team by creating clear and persuasive proposals for government opportunities at various levels. We are seeking a talented RFP Proposal Specialist with healthcare staffing expertise to contribute to our rapidly expanding organization. In this role, you will craft compelling, compliant proposals that demonstrate our capacity to provide exceptional travel nurses, allied health professionals, and locum tenens providers to government agencies across the country.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for healthcare staffing contracts at federal, state, and local levels.
• Collaborate with recruiters, compliance officers, and business development teams to gather relevant content.
• Ensure proposals effectively highlight our staffing capabilities while adhering to compliance and submission guidelines.
• Manage multiple simultaneous proposals under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a comprehensive library of staffing qualifications, compliance documents, and proposal templates.
• Track proposal metrics and manage records of submissions, feedback, and outcomes.
• Be open to coaching and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in writing RFPs or proposals, ideally within the healthcare staffing or medical services sectors.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong focus on compliance.
• Knowledge of government procurement, healthcare staffing contracts, and MSP/VMS processes.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding project management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with proposal management software is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
