Requirements

• Experience with RFID technology and systems in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to walk 15,000-20,000 steps per day and using proper body mechanics when performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting.
• Comfortable working in clinical environments, including the emergency department, operating rooms, procedure rooms, and other medical settings.
• Understand and practice all aspects of the Health System Customer Service Program.
• Detailed knowledge of Windows OS, Apple OS, Word and Excel etc.
• Experience operating handheld Scanner/IPAD.
• Basic knowledge of incident response procedures.
• Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate in a meaningful way to management, peers and customers.
• Conduct self in a professional, courteous manner, representing the department in a positive way.
• Ability to work with independence, set priorities, organize work to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines. multi-task.
• Possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and proven experience in safe driving practices.
• Adherence to a business casual dress code.

• Knowledge of the design, development and application of technology and systems to meet business needs.
• Ability to write technical documentation in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience troubleshooting and configuring wired and wireless communication equipment and related computer equipment, including application and operating systems software.
• Analyst will be required to be constantly communicating in a courteous manner while coordinating work in progress and informing customers of updates.
• Schedules work to minimize disruptions to customer operations.
