The Retail Sales Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a vibrant store appearance. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, merchandising, and store maintenance. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting every customer with our “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” service approach to foster long-term loyalty.
- Efficiently processing cash register transactions with accuracy.
- Becoming an expert on Ollie’s inventory and weekly deals to provide incredible value to our customers.
- Assisting with freight logistics and learning best practices in retail merchandising.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Willingness to train enthusiastic candidates without 6 months of retail experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
- A positive attitude and a teamwork spirit focused on delighting customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
