As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met. Your tasks will include building attractive displays, resetting shelves for optimal product rotation, and tracking inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize their sales potential. About you:

• You are comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• At least 18 years old
• Able to perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on results
• Ability to work independently while also successfully building team dynamics
• Commitment to performing duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail setting
