Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to service calls as needed to help customers dealing with water, fire or mold damage.
• Perform services as assigned, following safety and production guidelines.
• Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers.
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed.
• May be required to drive a company vehicle to and from job sites. Following all State traffic laws and company policies to ensure your safety.
• Use of phone and tablet to document process progress after proper training.

Position Requirements

• Effective oral communication with basic math and computer skills
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred - but not required
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Pay Rate: Starts at $14.00/hour based on experience and IICRC certification, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
