$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Employees
$5.00/hour shift differential

- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic tests to patients.
- Manage ventilators and provide tracheostomy care in skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital settings.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and treatments.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide the highest quality care to residents.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
- Current state licensure.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Experience with trach care and ventilator management in a skilled nursing, LTACH, or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with residents and families.
