Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

• Review, edit, and process all executive correspondence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards; route correspondence packages for senior leadership signatures within required timelines.
• Monitor, assign, and track correspondence tasks involving multiple teams to ensure timely and appropriate action.
• Archive and distribute finalized correspondence in alignment with records management policies; manage incoming hard copy mail and newspapers for the office.
• Enforce correspondence formatting and content requirements; return non-compliant packages with feedback and deliver quarterly training to personnel on correspondence procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Top Secret Clearance Required
• 5+ years experience providing executive-level operational support, including reviewing, editing, and processing executive-level correspondence for accuracy and compliance
• 1+ years experience managing task assignments and tracking workflow progress across multiple teams
• 1+ years experience with records management policies and procedures

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
