Job Summary:
The Reprographic Specialist will support Venable LLPâ€™s New York Office by providing expert reprographic services and managing mail and package operations. This role requires a detail-oriented, dependable professional capable of handling high-volume printing, copying, binding, and document preparation tasks while maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing correspondence. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate document production and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform batch printing, copying, and reproduction of documents for internal teams and clients.

Create binders, spiral-bound materials, and custom tabs according to specifications.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.

Prepare, sort, and distribute mail within the office efficiently and accurately.

Collaborate with team members to prioritize reprographic tasks and meet deadlines.

Ensure high-quality output and proper handling of all printed materials.

Monitor and maintain office reprographics equipment and supplies.

Assist with special printing and document projects as needed.

Required Skills:

Extensive experience in reprographic services, including printing, copying, binding, and creating custom tabs.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of mail and package handling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and reliably in a fast-paced office environment.
Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a legal or professional services office environment.
Familiarity with office mailing systems and shipping carriers.
Knowledge of document management systems.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications or coursework in office administration or document services preferred.
