Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques

Les tâches et responsabilités comprennent généralement, sans s'y limiter :

  • Promouvoir les offres et programmes de gros pour stimuler la croissance des affaires et renforcer la fidélité des clients.
  • Identifier, qualifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en collaboration avec la finance et le support des ventes pour garantir une configuration de compte fluide.
  • Développer et exécuter des plans de territoire stratégiques pour dépasser les objectifs de vente.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les principaux intervenants internes et externes, y compris les propriétaires de pharmacies, les pharmaciens et les gestionnaires de pharmacies.
  • Gérer de manière autonome des comptes complexes et diriger des initiatives stratégiques.
  • Prioriser les engagements clients à fort impact pour soutenir l'expansion stratégique du marché.
  • Effectuer des revues d'affaires complètes avec les clients, recueillir des informations exploitables et fournir des solutions sur mesure pour soutenir la croissance à long terme.
  • Surveiller et analyser la performance du territoire, en apportant des ajustements stratégiques pour mieux servir les partenaires secondaires.
  • Représenter McKesson Canada lors de salons professionnels régionaux et d'événements de l'industrie.
  • Utiliser les outils CRM pour suivre les activités de compte et gérer efficacement les interactions avec les clients.
  • Assurer un suivi rapide des pistes et des opportunités pour maximiser les conversions et les résultats de vente.
  • Fournir des informations d'expert sur les tendances du marché, les développements de l'industrie et le paysage concurrentiel pour informer et affiner les stratégies de vente.
  • Gérer de manière autonome les horaires et les visites en magasin pour atteindre efficacement les objectifs commerciaux.

Section B – Qualifications et expérience

  • 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en ventes sur le terrain avec des résultats probants
  • Une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou dans la distribution de la chaîne d’approvisionnement est un atout
  • Les candidats doivent résider à proximité de la région de Montréal afin d’assurer une couvertur efficace du territoire et un engagement optimal auprès des clients
  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe

Section C – Compétences et aptitudes

  • Excellentes compétences en communication, planification et en organisation
  • Autonomie avec de solides aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe et la gestion du temps
  • Capacité démontrée à établir et maintenir des relations stratégiques favorisant le succès à long terme de l’entreprise 
  • Aptitude à gérer et résoudre de manière autonome des problèmes complexes avec les clients, y compris dans des situations sensibles ou difficiles, avec professionnalisme
  • Maîtrise de Salesforce, MS Excel et Power BI
  • Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes

Section D – Autres exigences

  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel.
  • Rôle basé sur le terrain dans la région de Montréal avec des visites hebdomadaires au bureau.
  • Capacité à voyager pour des réunions de vente et des événements clients environ 10 % du temps.
  • Le candidat retenu doit résider à Montréal et ses proches banlieues.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities generally include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote wholesale offerings and programs to drive business growth and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with finance and sales support to ensure seamless account setup.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, and pharmacy managers.
  • Independently manage complex accounts and lead strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize high-impact customer engagements to support strategic market expansion.
  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews with customers, gather actionable insights, and deliver tailored solutions to support long-term growth.
  • Monitor and analyze territory performance, making strategic adjustments to better serve secondary partners.
  • Represent McKesson Canada at regional trade shows and industry events.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track account activities and manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion and sales outcomes.
  • Provide expert insights on market trends, industry developments, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Autonomously manage schedules and in-store visits to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Section B – Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of field sales experience with strong results.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or in supply chain distribution is an asset.
  • Candidates must live within proximity to the Montreal region to ensure effective territory coverage and customer engagement.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Section C- Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent teamwork and time management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships that support long-term business success.
  • Skilled at independently managing and resolving complex customer issues, including navigating sensitive or challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Excel, Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).

Section D -Other Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to travel for sales meetings and customer events approximately 10% of the time
