- Manage client accounts and foster long-term relationships.

- Monitor project performance and contribute to achieving profitability goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on operational and strategic planning.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development initiatives.
- Promote high standards of quality and client service across the team.
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the consulting business environment.
- 15 + years experience in Traffic engineering
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and client presentations.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
