About the Role: Thriveworks is excited to welcome dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to our team. This is a fully remote position, and we are seeking clinicians to provide high-quality mental health care through telemedicine to a diverse clientele.
Compensation: This is a Fee-for-Service (W2) role with a competitive salary range of $130,000-$187,000 per year based on a clinical workload of 25-35 hours per week.
At Thriveworks, we prioritize safety and best practices. We provide stimulant medications only when necessary, relying on your professional discretion for prescribing decisions. Currently, we do not treat substance use disorders but focus on mental health conditions, offering referrals for more severe cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients through telemedicine.
- Provide care to clients aged 14 and up.
- Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans.
- Complete necessary documentation and assessments for client records.
- Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
- Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff to enhance client care.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
- A Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority.
- Experience in AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus, along with at least one year of psychiatric practice.
- Must reside in the state where you will provide care.
- Participation in in-house training on ADHD treatment standards is required upon hiring.
