Remote Sales Representative Pemb / Metal Building Systems

A respected leader in the pre-engineered metal building industry is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow business throughout the Southeast U.S. This remote role offers strong earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to represent a trusted name known for delivering quality metal building systems and long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage relationships with general contractors, builders, and end users across the Southeast region.
• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in the PEMB market.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and technical information to clients.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and project opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 35+ years of successful Pre-Engineered Metal Building sales experience.
• Established network within the commercial and industrial construction sectors.
• Strong technical understanding of PEMB design, fabrication, and erection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $65,000 $85,000 (DOE)
• Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
