Job Description
We are working with a family-oriented, fast-growing commercial construction firm seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to lead and oversee estimating efforts across multiple divisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead estimating efforts across various commercial divisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and cost estimates.
• Develop detailed budgets and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Oversee bid processes and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, executives, and clients on preconstruction planning.
• Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Support the company’s strong growth trajectory with proactive strategies and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple divisions and manage complex bids.
• Strong background in cost analysis, takeoffs, and bid preparation.
• Proficiency in estimating and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid/remote environment.
