Rehabilitation Therapist
As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will be instrumental in assessing patients’ strengths and challenges while creating innovative and effective treatment plans. You will maintain patient confidentiality and operate in a high-energy, positive environment, encouraging patients to reach their healing and recovery goals. Your clinical expertise will assist patients in managing pain, improving their functional independence, and maximizing overall health and wellness.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completed CEU requirements as per state regulations (NY, NJ)
- Valid CPR license
- Familiarity with EMR software is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
What You'll Do:
- Document patient care data in alignment with regulatory standards and reimbursement systems, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans.
- Prepare for evaluations by gathering patient history and understanding diagnoses.
- Administer appropriate tests and measures, interpreting results to develop diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans.
- Establish evidence-based treatment plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Implement safe and effective interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients and their support systems on rehabilitation and community reintegration.
- Oversee support staff, ensuring a quality care environment for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education and community outreach initiatives.
