Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise care and treatment provided by team members, acting as a direct link to ensure patient success.
• Lead patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted RN licensure.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• CRRN certification is necessary.
• Two or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
