As a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive strategic HR support across multiple venues, acting as a critical link between operations and the broader HR team. You will champion HR initiatives, foster team culture, ensure compliance, and help build high-performing teams that deliver results.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

Support HR functions across multiple venues within the assigned region
Partner with operations leaders on talent planning, performance, and development
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Training teams to support staffing needs
Act as a culture ambassador, promoting Levy values across locations
Analyze HR metrics to influence strategic decisions
Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations
