Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging training programs that cater to recruiters at all levels, from onboarding to advanced skills enhancement.

• Develop and maintain effective educational materials based on industry best practices.

• Collaborate with recruiting leaders and HR partners to pinpoint training needs and promote consistent, impactful hiring practices.

• Support the growth of our recruiting team through effective coaching and mentorship.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

• Familiarity with performance-based hiring methodologies or comparable frameworks.

• Experience in creating and delivering corporate training programs.

• Strong ability to influence, motivate, and educate others.
