Location: Downtown San Diego | Onsite
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our clients team on a 6-month contract in Downtown San Diego. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with 3-5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
  
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods to identify top talent
  
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process
  
• Collaborate with the HR team to support onboarding and workforce planning as needed
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
  
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt quickly to shifting priorities

• Full-time
  
• Onsite
  
• Monday- Friday
  
• 8:00am - 5:00pm PST
  

Position Details:

• Location: Located in Downtown, San Diego
  
• 6 month contract role
  
• Compensation: $31.00-$38.00 per hour DOE
