Gulfport Behavioral Health System, a 90-bed psychiatric hospital, offers child, adolescent, adult, and military service behavioral health programs and treatment services.

Position Summary:

Supervises communications team and oversees the day to day operations of the reception desk. Trains, educates, and mentors employees and adheres to quality standards. Excellent verbal communications and the ability to multi-task with a high volume of calls while maintaining integrity and providing service excellence to all customers. Flexible to work other shifts when needed to ensure appropriate daily coverage.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Experience: Three (3) years experience with a high volume, multi-line telephone switchboard in a healthcare or hospital environment. Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.

Additional Requirements:

May be required to work occasional overtime and flexible hours.
