RWJBH is seeking a Radiology Operations Manager for its outpatient RWJUH Morris Cancer Center

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in healthcare leadership and operations
• Certified in any imaging modality,

Certifications and Licenses Required:

• Certification in any imaging modality

Scheduling Requirements:

• Days to work
• Full-Time schedule
• 40 hours/week

Essential Functions:

• The Radiology Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of RWJUH Morris Cancer Center
• Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, coordinating schedules, and implementing quality control measures,
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential,
• Knowledge of radiology equipment, regulations, and administrative tasks is also required,
