Join our dynamic team at UCHealth as a Radiologic Imaging Technologist. This position is a full-time FLOAT role, primarily covering various urgent care clinics including Garden, Falcon, Powers, and Voyager, located in Colorado Springs, CO.

Details:

• FTE: 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
• Shift: Days
• Pay: $27.61 - $41.41 per hour, dependent on experience, with float pool and weekend differentials.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registration as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R).
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid through sixty days of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review patient histories and perform radiographic imaging as per physician orders.
• Educate patients about procedures to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Administer contrast media safely while monitoring patient conditions.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Implement best practices to ensure clarity in imaging and functionality of equipment.
