Location: White Plains, New York
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing high-quality CT scans, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal diagnostic imaging.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform CT Scans: Conduct high-quality CT imaging procedures following physician orders and safety protocols.
Ensure Patient Safety: Position patients correctly, explain procedures, and minimize radiation exposure while ensuring comfort.
Operate and Maintain Equipment: Utilize and troubleshoot CT scanners, with a preference for GE equipment experience.
Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging results.
Maintain Compliance: Adhere to hospital policies, infection control guidelines, and radiation safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

Certifications: ARRT and BLS required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of CT experience.
Equipment: Experience with GE CT scanners preferred.
Vaccination: COVID-19 and flu vaccines required-no exemptions.
Scope of Practice: CT-only role (no X-ray responsibilities).
