A manufacturer in Indianapolis is searching for a Production Support worker to join the large parts department as a floater.

Responsibilities

• Rack parts in preparation for painting processes.
• Remove parts from rack after paint process has been completed.
• Visually inspect finished products for wet processing defects.
• Pack parts according to work instructions.
• Assist with other job duties in different departments as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in racking, packaging, and inspection.
• Ability to perform visual inspections and general labor tasks.
• Experience working on a production line.
• Capability to lift and handle large parts.

Work Environment

The position is a 1st shift role, operating from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
