JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Technician I is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities to ensure that nonconforming products are not produced or shipped to customers. This role provides inspection support and contributes to process improvements aimed at sustaining and enhancing product quality. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement quality plans, conduct audits, and maintain compliance with established quality management standards such as ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform audits and inspections on product quality according to client's quality assurance processes.
Assist with investigations of nonconforming materials and report findings to authorized vendors when appropriate.
Engage with management and team members to address new or complex quality issues.
Support the implementation of new product quality plans and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Understand and apply technical requirements within established frameworks.
Support and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
0â€“3 years of experience in a quality assurance, manufacturing, or inspection-related role.
Ability to learn and understand technical information and quality standards.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in local language as applicable.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong teamwork, attendance, and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
