Quality Systems Specialist

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical and wellness manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Management Systems Specialist to join their team. As a Quality Management Systems Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department, supporting the Compliance and Documentation Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Greendale, Indiana (100% Onsite)

Pay Range: $30$35/hour

What's the Job?

• Support site-level quality systems including Change Controls, Deviations, Complaints, and CAPAs in TrackWise
• Ensure timely and thorough completion of documentation tasks
• Assist with data integrity initiatives across electronic systems (TrackWise, EDMS)
• Collaborate with QA and Document Control teams to maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Support internal, client, and regulatory audits through documentation preparation and audit readiness

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical or dietary supplement preferred)
• Familiarity with 21 CFR 111, 211, or 11 regulations
• Working knowledge of Quality Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder
